  • Coordinate My Wedding Day

    Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. What’s included:

    • On-the-day coordination

    • Suitable for 40–140 guests

    • 8–10 hours of coordination

    • Initial consultation

    • Up to one site visit

    • 2 hours of coordination/set-up the day prior

    • Liaison and correspondence with vendors

    • Detailed floor plans and event runsheet

    Plan My Event

    Choose from full or partial event planning, tailored to suit your vision, needs, and level of involvement. Ideal for weddings, celebrations, and private events. What’s included:

    • Suitable for 40–140 guests

    • 10–20+ hours of planning support

    • Initial consultation

    • On-the-day coordination

    • Access to an exclusive 10% discount on all additional services

  • Bar Service (Minus the Bar)

    You supply the bar. We supply staff, glassware and service.

    Includes:

    RSA bar staff · Glassware (whole event) · Ice & barware · Table service · Printed bar menu · Alcohol quantity guidance · Set-up & pack-down · Rubbish removal · Drinking water · 10% off Coordinate My Wedding Day

    Service Levels:

    Basic – 2 basic cocktails or 1 complex + 2 non-alcoholic options

    Premium – 2 cocktails + ingredients + 3 non-alcoholic options

    Luxe – 3 cocktails + ingredients + 4 non-alcoholic options + custom menu & glass styling

    Bar & All (Alcohol Not Included)

    We supply the bar, staff and styling. You supply the alcohol.

    Includes:

    Everything in Bar Service, plus a choice of bar: Classic · Esme · Enzo · Rustic

    *Important Information:

    • Alcohol is not included

    • Travel beyond 50km from Hobart may incur a surcharge

    • Events over 130 guests or extended service times quoted on request

  • Want us to take care of everything? Our Bespoke Beverage Package is fully customised to suit your event and drinks preferences, with alcohol supplied and professionally managed from start to finish.

    Perfect for couples and hosts who want a seamless, elevated bar experience.

  • Our Self Serve Bar packages are designed to create the look and feel of a bar service, while allowing guests to serve themselves—perfect for a relaxed, cost-effective option without wait staff.

    • Self-serve bar set-up (drink tubs, display stands & tables)

    • Glassware

    • Ice for the bar

    • Barware (including straws)

    • Set-up & pack-down

    • Complimentary drinking water

  • A stylish cocktail-focused set-up, ideal for celebrations where guests can help themselves to beautifully presented drinks.
